Jesus is speaking on a mountainside to a crowd of His followers.

Chapter 5 of Matthew is known for the beattitudes and the "sermon on the mount." Jesus is here really laying it out for them and encouraging them to practically live out their faith.

There are those who teach falsely maliciously and then there are those who teach falsely by mistake.
