The very tragic deaths of two teenagers that has still gone unsolved. In both cases, the police firmly believe that nothing nefarious took place. The parents, however, were not in agreement.

Most of the debate surrounding Cheri Jo Bates' murder is whether or not she was an early (or even the first) victim of the infamous Zodiac Killer. Whether or not that is true, she was still an innocent victim of a madman and her murder needs to be solved.

There is another serial killer in New Orleans (how crazy is that to say?) who is not the man being spoken about in this episode. The one in this podcast episode has yet to be apprehended.
