Psalm 46:1-3 - God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.

“By faith Your Word has made us bold to seize the gift of love retold; All that You are we here receive, and all we are to You we give.

“One bread, one cup, one body, we, rejoicing in our unity, Proclaim Your love until You come to bring Your scattered loved ones home.”

Mark 4:38-41 - But He [Jesus] was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke Him and said to Him, "Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?" And He awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, "Peace! Be still!" And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. He said to them, "Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?" And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, "Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?"

Luke 8:38-39 - The man from whom the demons had gone begged that he might be with Him, but Jesus sent him away, saying, “Return to your home, and declare how much God has done for you.”

Luke 8:26a, 27a, 28, 30, 35, 37b, 38-39 - Then they sailed to the country of the Gerasenes … When Jesus had stepped out on land, there met Him a man from the city who had demons … When he saw Jesus, he cried out, … “What have You to do with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg You, do not torment me.” Jesus then asked him, “What is your name?” And he said, “Legion,” for many demons had entered him. … Then [people from the city] … found the man [whom Jesus set free from demons], sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind, and they were afraid. … So [Jesus] got into the boat and returned. The man from whom the demons had gone begged that he might be with Him, but Jesus sent him away, saying, “Return to your home, and declare how much God has done for you.” And he went away, proclaiming throughout the whole city how much Jesus had done for him.

Galatians 3:23a, 24b, 25, 26, 28, 4:1-3a, 4-7 - Now before faith came, … the Law was our guardian … But now … we are no longer under a guardian, for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus … I mean that the heir, as long as he is a child, is no different from a slave, though he is the owner of everything, but he is under guardians and managers until the date set by his father. In the same way we also, when we were children, were enslaved … But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of woman, born under the Law, to redeem those who were under the Law, so that we might receive adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.

Isaiah 65:1-5, 8-9 - I was ready to be sought by those who did not ask for Me; I was ready to be found by those who did not seek Me. I said, “Here I am, here I am,” to a nation that was not called by My Name. I spread out My hands all the day to a rebellious people, who walk in a way that is not good, following their own devices; a people who provoke Me to My face continually, sacrificing in gardens and making offerings on bricks; who sit in tombs, and spend the night in secret places; who eat pig's flesh, and broth of tainted meat is in their vessels; who say, “Keep to yourself, do not come near me, for I am too holy for you.” These are a smoke in My nostrils, a fire that burns all the day …. Thus says the Lord: “As the new wine is found in the cluster, and they say, ‘Do not destroy it, for there is a blessing in it,’ so I will do for My servants' sake, and not destroy them all. I will bring forth offspring from Jacob, and from Judah possessors of My mountains; My chosen shall possess it, and My servants shall dwell there.”

Psalm 3:1-3 - O Lord, how many are my foes! Many are rising against me; many are saying of my soul, “There is no salvation for him in God.” But You, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head.

“The band of apostles in glory sing Your praise; The fellowship of prophets their deathless voices raise. The martyrs of Your kingdom, a great and noble throng, Sing with the holy Church throughout all the world this song: ‘O all-majestic Father, Your true and only Son, And Holy Spirit, Comforter—forever Three in One!’”

Exodus 19:3-6a - Moses went up to God. The LORD called to him out of the mountain, saying, "Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob, and tell the people of Israel: 'You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles' wings and brought you to Myself. Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, you shall be My treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is Mine; and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.'"
