Today's episode is all about smiling and your very own Prince of Positivity. That'd be me, right? Spencer Jones here. I love to smile. I seriously do. I love freaking love smiling. I've been doing it my whole life. I bet you've been smiling your whole life, too. Although maybe you stopped recently. Maybe you decided to make a proclamation and say, I am not smiling anymore or something else. Maybe you said it a little differently than that and you just haven't smiled. Or maybe life's hardships have gotten you down. Let's be honest. That's probably more realistic as opposed to a proclamation. Life's hardships have brought you down.

Today I want to just jive on this idea of our inner critic, that inner bully, as Sean Douglas says. Your inner critic is beating you up. It's a bully. It's telling you you're worthless, you're weak, you're stupid. You shouldn't do this because there's no way you can do that.
