What is your why? This is something you need to be clear on. What is your reason for getting up everyday and putting in the work that you do? Check in with yourself regularly to make sure your path is in alignment with your why.

It is not your job to change people. We can support them, we can plant seeds in them, but we do not have to allow people to drain us in order to be of service. If someone is constantly coming to you with the same problem but not applying any of the advice you lend or any effort to fixing it, it is out of your hands. At that point all you can do is pray for them.
