All the men in the early days of our country were committed. They put their lives on the line. Their wives and families were also at risk. They put everything on the line.

Founding Fathers were successful because God was on their side. We honor their sacrifice by remembering the truth of our past. Protect, respect, honor, and defend our freedom.

What is our State of mind? If we allow fear to rule us we aren’t free even in our own mind. We are one world. Be in a state of mind of freedom. We are all children of God.

Electricity needs a ground to keep it safe. Lightning can start fires and be destructive if it doesn’t have a channel like a lightning rod. Fire is a connective, warm, and inviting to gather around, but unchecked it can burn and be destructive as well.

We can change our energy by smiling, power poses, and movement. We can energize ourselves when we need it most as Kathy shared today.

When we are charged and grounded in Christ we don’t take on other people’s energy, but we can help ground and charge others in Christ. When we come together in Christ it allows for synergy and we can do more together.

Today I give myself permission to share an energizing positive charge

• I am synergistic in Christ
• I am receiving jolts of inspiration
• I instantly access the positively charged energy
• I am a conduit of heavenly light
• I am channeling the positive power within
• I am yielding the power of God for the benefit of mankind

First I thought of the Dream Alignment call that I offered at the end of the GPS Planner masterclass last week. The Dream Alignment Call helps clarify your ultimate dream and aligning that with your life’s purpose and goals. Dream is a far out vision of what can be.

Dreams are often warnings or signals to adjust something. We can reflect inwards and outwards to see what is causing that. We can make choices to adjust anything out of alignment. We can also choose to turn to and focus on the dreams we are creating.

Is is possible to heal during the day when we are awake like we heal during restorative sleep? It feels like truth. Looking at dreams in the scriptures and what we can learn from them have we discounted the power of dreams? I invite you to keep a pen and paper next to your bed to record dreams.

Today I give myself permission to

• I am accessing my subconscious and making any helpful adjustments
• I am accessing my dream portal to spiritually create my goals
• I am living in peace and contentment
• I receive messages from my dreams and make immediate corrections
• I see the blessing of where I am right now
• I am flowing easily in alignment and abundance
• I am living in gratitude being present in this moment
• I am quantum leaping forward through my dreams

I’m grateful for the way our world is set up and for the balance. On this earth it is a spiral upwards. We have so many inventions and the way we use better materials and we have evolved. Even with things I feel are deteriorating I know all things work together for our good. Things have improved over time and I have a lot of hope for better circumstances.

The best outcome will manifest in the best time. It’s breathtaking to look back with gratitude. It is beautiful to see as clearly as He does. We can focus on just the next five steps rather than the rest of the way to the top.

Like a ballerina keeps her balance by focusing on the same spot. We keep our balance by focusing on Christ.

Today I give myself permission to focus on the next five steps

• I release limiting beliefs from my core back to the earth
• I am progressing on my path everyday
• I accept the triumphant Christ as my guide
• My outcome is complete
• I am free to enjoy the outcome
• I am receiving new thoughts and ideas
• I am in balance with the earth
• I am progressing in the circle of life
• I close my eyes to connect with Christ and see from the mountain top

There was a time in my life when I have been uncertain in my roles as a mother, wife, leader, disciple of Christ. My uncertainty in myself in my roles created uncertainty in others in their roles.

What are the most important roles to me right now? Michelle shared the idea that it brings majesty and royalty to my life to remember I am a daughter of God, a queen in training, and I am me.

God is all about agency so we need to be open to God’s direction. We can also ask Him for His help through angels in our roles.

Today I give myself permission to be open and receive God’s help

• I am a child of God
• I am a Queen (King) in training
• I am majestic and royal
• Angels are surrounding me to support me in my roles
• I am certain of my divine roles
• I ask and receive all the help I desire
• I am flowing in charity and pure love for all

Self-consciousness is the counterfeit of body consciousness. If we judge the feedback it creates more of the same through shame or other low vibrations. We can use the feedback positively through gratitude like last night I got cramps as feedback that I need to increase my water intake.

Tyrie talked today about how the GPS planner has made connecting with her vision board so much more effective in her goal of healing. There is a perfect way for our specific body type to be. Each of our bodies are designed by God and as we listen to our bodies in gratitude we can align with our true form.

There are so many gifts of the Spirit we aren’t aware of specifically connected to the body consciousness as we align our body and spirit and come together as one. Our bodies often give us clues of some of these gifts as we trust ourselves. The body confirmations are always right. When we receive our confirmation we receive the Holy Ghost as Rachael pointed out.

Today I give myself permission to receive the messages from my body 

• I can trust my body
• I am fully trusting my body
• I am receiving truth and messages from my body
• I am grateful for my body
• My body is beautiful right now
• I am beautiful now
• My body is transforming into its true form
• I am in harmony in body, spirit, and soul
• I am open to see and develop my spiritual gifts

A reflection is a great opportunity to ask how am I doing? Where am I? The mirror is great feedback. Other people are a great reflection as well. If someone is bugging me it is something inside me.

We attract and bounce energy off each other. Seeing the greatness in others is a gift we can seek for. I just read a General Conference talk about this called Deep in our Heart

In my Purpose Call we go through this reframing to see who you truly are and your purpose. It is beautiful for us to see ourselves in truth.

Today I give myself permission to see genius in myself and others

• I am seeing my unique gifts
• I see the greatness in myself
• I see the genius that showed up in my childhood
• I see the gifts and genius in others
• I create the opportunities to express my genius
• I cultivate talents and genius

I envisioned a battle when two armies come together and have a truce, a temporary retreat to revive and take care of the wounded. When we feel like our day to day life is a battle we can use a retreat for rejuvenation.

We can still accomplish what is important to us even if it isn’t ideal. When we don’t take time to work on ourselves we become depleted we find evidence for limiting beliefs. We live in our truth as we retreat to find rejuvenation.

Multitasking is the counterfeit of having balance. When we are doing an activity like walking that doesn’t need a lot of brain power it leaves our mind open to receive. This is a balance of rejuvenating through movement.

Today I give myself permission to take care of myself 

• I am peaceful, pure, and light
• I am radiating warmth, power, and light
• My spirit and body are united
• I am rejuvenated in Christ
• I create systems of self-government
• I live in autonomy
• I am anchoring my powerful new beliefs

The process of cleaning house is messy, dirty, fatiguing, yet exhilarating. It feels like a job well done. The result of cleaning the house is a feeling of being cared for coming from the house. Joy, happiness, and gratitude come from the house as we make it a lovely place to be.

Easy flow can only happen if there is a consistent system to free up brain space and physical space. To really live in the present we only keep what is still serving us. Living in the present knowing that I am enough and whatever I need will come in what I need it.

After the gateway of abundance comes the gateway of charity. In the gateway of charity we can pass on abundance by hiring others to serve us using their gifts and talents.

Today I give myself permission to pass on things that are useful to someone else

• I give Christ beliefs and things that no longer serve me
• I am surrounding myself in joy
• Everything in my life projects who I am
• I am exhilarated in a new, clean space
• I am living in the present by passing on my abundance
• I am creating new, efficient systems
• I am only surrounding myself with what brings me joy

Abundance of nothing. My visualization was the flow of abundance is an empty, open, clear path. There is no baggage, nothing around me, just me happy and grateful that Heavenly Father provides everything I need when I need it.

Malinda shared another visualization. Just like digging a ditch everything must be removed for the flow of water we can declutter our lives and emotions to allow the flow of a healthy whole atmosphere to receive the quickest flow of abundance.

The flow of abundance helps us take care of each other and gratitude is what brings those blessings to us as Rachel shared.

Today I give myself permission to flow in faith 

• I am clearing everything
• I am cleansed by the Living Water
• I receive the abundance Heavenly Father desires to give me
• Abundance is flowing through me
• I always have everything I need
• I am receiving the things I want
• I am healed in my new beliefs
• Jesus Christ is healing me in abundance
