Scheduling – so one of the podcasts I listened to this week suggested that weekly you do a ‘to do’ download. Similar to a thought download to empty your mind of any thoughts so you can focus on other things. The to do download says you should sit down with a couple sheets of paper and list out anything you have to do, need to do, want to do, would be spectacular to do. And keep asking what else do you need to do. Once you have emptied your mind of all the things you need to do, then you need to prioritize them. Some of them you can discard completely. Of the ones you keep, write down what obstacles there are to completing the to do. These can become steps you need to accomplish and then you with this to do list and the obstacles, you then schedule them into your calendar.
