The Israeli government is probably falling apart. Ghaida Zoabi of the Meretz party dropped out of the coalition which tipped the scales leaving 59 MKs in the coalition and 61 in the opposition. 

The Likud party plans to bring a bill to dissolve the Knesset to a vote on Wednesday. Israel is increasing its offshore natural-gas output as part of an effort to reach a deal with Europe in order to supply it with alternatives to Russian energy.
