Chrysippus explains that constancy of character is one of the hallmarks of virtue. As you serve families, have you thought about the relational baseline you want to have for them? Whether you know it or not, you have an energy account as a human being. When you serve well you withdraw, when you take some downtime you make a deposit. It's true-- No cap. But here's the thing: You have to have more in your account than you try to give away to be joyful, effective, helpful, and hopeful.

So many times ministry leaders are confused when an unhealthy context causes them to change course.
