Bruno Mars’ fourth album The Romantic debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 186,000 units, his first chart-topping debut. Gorillaz’s The Mountain, BLACKPINK’s DEADLINE, and Mitski’s Nothing’s About to Happen to Me also enter the top 10, boosted by multiple vinyl and CD variants.


A woman was arrested after allegedly firing at least 10 shots at Rihanna’s Los Angeles home from a Tesla, striking the wall and gate. No injuries were reported; police detained the suspect with an assault rifle.


Live Nation reached a settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice in its antitrust case, agreeing to about $200 million in damages and major changes to Ticketmaster, including opening the platform to competitors, limiting venue exclusivity, divesting amphitheaters, and capping service fees.

Alissa White-Gluz announced her new band Blue Medusa with guitarists Alyssa Day and Dani Sophia, bassist Alicia Vigil, and drummer Delaney Jaster, revealing the project on International Women’s Day and emphasizing support for women in heavy music.


A new documentary, I Never Wrote Music for Films — We All Love Ennio Morricone, will explore the legendary composer’s life and influence. Directed by Massimo Privitera, filming begins summer 2026.


Moonspell will release the gothic-leaning album Far From God on July 3 via Napalm Records, recorded in Porto with producer Jaime Gomez Arellano. The title track arrives March 25 with a video.


Dogstar, the rock trio featuring Keanu Reeves, announced their fourth album All in Now arriving May 29 alongside a 25-date U.S. summer tour beginning May 28.
