On this day we ( and a *lot* of other people around the world and in space!) commemorate the death of Saint Patrick, the foremost patrom saint of Ireland.  We investigate the phrase "You never had it so good."  And I reveal the biggest financial mistake that I'm willing to confess. 

I sure hope I get to have a dog when they put me in a home. Here's a recommendation on what kind of dog to have. Our random phrase is about fiddles, and the question is about what we think is worth waiting for. Someday I'll have a real podcast, but until then. . .

Wise people suggest that getting a dog is good for you in retirement.  Hell, I think they're good for you all the time. But if you get one, don't let them bark up the wrong tree.  And. . .I have a prediction for 10 years down the road.

I love success stories.  Today we read about a husband and wife team that are making it in the remodeling business.  Good for them.  And have you lost faith in humankind? Is humankind worth having any faith in it?
