I always thought about my shoe size and wondered if those people even knew what my shoe size was. Negative people will bring you down where positive people will lift you up. October 11, 2018The mind is a terrible thing to waste, October 5 to 11,Here I am again with another block of awesome mediations. It was either abandon the project out of embarrassment or suck it up and do another round of multiple meditations. I chose the latter. Since this month is about the mind, clearly there is an internal struggle to keep on keeping on and I hope this inspires you to also keep on keeping on even thought the thoughts in your mind want to keep you as your old self.
