"Media Messiah's preying on my fears" and "pop culture prophets playing in my ear". There are two articles I read and want to give them credit. * Frontline fallout series, The Right Fit by Taryn Williams and Glossy Magazine. In this podcast I discuss going beyond what we see and feel. Try to understand you are being influenced to buy a product or an idea through entertainment. Instagram, youtube, tik to and the like have people convincing you to buy ideas and things they may not even believe it. For your health and happiness be diligent. Separate the idea that Kim Kardashian wearing or holding a product or idea is one that you want to hold. You be you boo-boo [Kevin hart].
