(REFUGE • PEACE • CALMNESS) Philippians 4:6–7 — Morning Prayer for Anxiety, Overthinking, and Finding Peace Before the Day Begins Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope Atlanta • São Paulo • Nairobi • Singapore • Vancouver REFUGE • PEACE • CALMNESS morning prayer for anxiety • prayer for overthinking • Christian prayer for peace and calmness • prayer to trust God with today Philippians 4:6–7 (NIV) “Do not be anxious about anything… and the peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” If your thoughts already feel heavy this morning, pause for a moment with Jesus. God sees the quiet worries you may not have spoken about yet today.
 He understands the emotional pressure resting within your mind and heart. Father, in the name of Jesus, I come before You now. Jesus, help me breathe deeply and receive Your peace today. When anxious thoughts begin to rise within me, calm my mind gently. When overthinking tries to drain my strength, remind me that I do not need to carry this day alone. I place every concern into Your hands now. I release the pressure to control everything ahead of me. I let go of the fears quietly waiting in front of this day. And now, I choose peace instead of fear. Guard my heart with calmness.  Steady my thoughts with reassurance. Lead me beside quiet waters and help my soul rest securely in Your presence today. Jesus, remind me that You are already walking with me through everything ahead. Your peace is holding me even now. Jesus is with you now. Across the world, people are waking today carrying anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and silent worries into a new day. From Atlanta to São Paulo, from Nairobi to Singapore and Vancouver, Jesus is bringing calmness, reassurance, and gentle peace to weary hearts today. Jesús, encuentro paz y descanso en Tu presencia. Jesus, encontro calma e segurança no Teu cuidado. Jesus, pinapanatag Mo ang isip at puso ko. Father, I trust You completely. Through Jesus Christ, lead me in peace, calmness, and reassurance today.
