On Thursday’s Daily Puck Drop, Jason “Puck” Puckett is joined by Brad Adam of ROOT Sports and Mitch Levy from the Mitch Unfiltered podcast.   Mike Garafolo, NFL Network is on nation and has the week off. 

Puck opens the show discussing last night’s Mariners game and the Mariners limping toward the break and despite the Astros struggles they haven’t been able to make up any ground in the west.  Puck then switches to a story coming out of Oklahoma that the Thunder will soon be put up for sale.  Bring them back home! 

Brad Adam joins Puck from noisy New York where he’s sitting outside enjoying the sites and sounds of the Big Apple.  They chat  about the starters getting banged up in the first two games of the Yankees series. Despite the Astros getting swept they haven’t made up any ground in the AL West. How has Cal handled the NYC media and what are they saying about his chances for the AL MVP?  Finally, is Julio aware of the criticism back in Seattle and nationwide about his selection to the All-Star game and why isn’t he more beloved by the younger fanbase?
