The first part of any powerful change that we want to go through is surrendering. There will be times of difficulties and moments of weakness and no matter how much we try to resist them, they will always persist.

As we surrender, we start slowing down the momentum of our compulsive thoughts and actions. Once we come to a place of stillness, we can gently nudge ourselves towards alignment.
