Throughout the Book of Psalms, we discover the Gospel multiple times. The Gospel is a veiled mystery in these pages, but it is present nonetheless.

Apart from God’s presence, we are not merely immoral, we are illogical. The Christian who does not spend regular time in the presence of God is like a wild and stupid beast.

Christians should be informed and engaged in both culture and politics. But remember: We are not mere “conservatives,” we are Christians. We go out into the world to produce change, but we only do this effectively when we go into the Sanctuary to be changed.

The Prosperity Gospel is certainly a heresy, but do not forget that God really does promise blessing for obedience in this life.
