We have to find a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in our lives. Rather than striving for success and recognition for their own sake, we are called to use our abilities to serve a higher purpose and make a positive impact on the world around us. As we do so, we join a collective effort to raise the consciousness towards a more just and equal society, one in which all are free to express their individuality.

The story of Ebenezer Scrooge serves as a powerful reminder that kindness is an essential virtue that we must cultivate in ourselves. Being kind not only brings joy and happiness to those around us, but it also allows us to find fulfillment in our own lives. By showing empathy, compassion, and generosity to others, we can create positive ripples that extend far beyond our immediate surroundings.
So, let us strive to make kindness the cornerstone of our lives, for it is only through kindness that we can build a better world for ourselves and for those around us.

The Yogis teach that in order for our organs to function well, they must be properly nourished with oxygen-rich blood. The simplest way to do this is by breathing in a way they call: The Yogi Complete Breath.
By this method, all parts of the respiratory system are brought into action and all part of the lungs, including the most remote areas.
A little practice will make perfect and when you have made it a habit, you will never want to go back to your old breathing method.

The Yogis understand that lawmakers tend to be slower to catch up with the changes in society's thinking. Even though the laws of a particular country reflect the collective ethical ideals of the people, these ideas evolve faster than the laws themselves. Consequently, the laws are often slightly behind in reflecting public opinion and people's sense of what's right and wrong.
The next time you're driving around town, take a look at the speed limit and notice the speed at which the cars are driving. Think about how in order to keep moving forward as a society, we have to do our part in pushing lawmakers to catch up with the collective consciousness. Only then will the laws start to really reflect the minds of the average citizen.

The Yogis believe the body is our instrument with which to work. A fitting temple for our spirit. They believe that which keeps a healthy person healthy will make an unhealthy person healthy.
Whenever you are confronted with a choice of methods, plans, and theories, you should always ask yourself, "Which is the natural way?" and choose the method that seems to conform closest to nature. Including the ideas that will follow on this podcast. If they do not conform to nature, discard them. Nature knows what it is about- she is your friend and not your enemy.
