The Jonas Centre has been in Redmire for 25 years and is a log cabin park with a slight difference. A charity, the Jonas Centre provides low cost self catering accommodation along with subsidised holidays for a range of families who may need some respite, a get away or simply in need of a break. They provided accommodation throughout lockdown to families who were homeless and have visitors from all over the country who come for a much needed break.

Susan turned 65 last year in September and pledged to do 100 wild swims before her next birthday. Today was her 75th swim and Jonathan Greenwood met up with her to find out what it's all about. Susan is raising money for Water Aid and so far has continued to do her swims every week, even when the rivers were covered over and frozen, a sledge hammer didn't stop her.

The gin and tonic cakes are the delicious result of BAKE Yorkshire and Yorkshire Dales Distillery combining their culinary crafts for the annual celebration of all things gin on the 12th of June.
