Unhappy Women”
[Sound cue: Flickering neon hum, soft rain on asphalt.]
Welcome to Phuct Fables / Twisted Tales, Episode 8. I’m Steve C., slicing through life’s lies.
Today’s fable? Unhappy Women. A raw tale of what not to do.
[Sound cue: Knife chops vegetables, faint sniffle.]
They passed through me like storms, each thinking she was the cure. Medicated. Furious. Fragile. All praying: Fix me by changing you. They didn’t want me—just the story of me. The broken boy turned safe man.
I played along. Mimicked presence. Spoke therapy. Their pain was my mirror, their contempt my punishment.
[Sound cue: Car door slams, rain fades.]
I collected them like empty pill bottles. Their poems, ultimatums, glovebox souvenirs. When their light caught my lies, I gave tender goodbyes. “It’s not you, it’s me.” Not betrayal—growth.
[Sound cue: Ocean wind, single piano note.]
Unhappy Women. I didn’t mean to feed on them. But I didn’t stop either. All for the story, for the illusion of progress.
The moral? Beware the man who needs you.
[Sound cue: Neon hum cuts, rain lingers.]
Tune in to Episode 8 for a reckoning, not redemption.
