Resistance:
When we feel resistance towards something in our lives how do we properly meet that resistance without avoiding it OR pushing through it too quickly? Dealing with the feeling of resistance in the proper way, in order to liberate ourselves from what it’s pretending to protect us from? Resistance can mask itself as protecting us when in reality it’s what keeps us small, and keeping us from whatever action is being called to us!

Surrender:
How do we really surrender to the moment we’re in? Especially when it’s heavy, how do we really stay present without letting old triggers resurface or emotions cloud what this particular moment is trying to show/teach us?!
(This topic came up after seeing the quote “the only way out is through”🤯🤯🤯 basically surrendering to the moment and pushing through)

This is a damn good episode, LOL.
- Happy Birthday Royal Metta Hokulani Tom!!!! Cannot believe you are 3 years old today!!!!
- Being alive for my own funeral, as they try to burry me, people are sharing and expressing the kindest expressions and most love I've ever received!!
- Starting from the bottom, what does that actually mean? Well, we've discovered a way to measure it! I'll call it the "life scale".
- Let's measure! where do you fall on the Life Scale?
- 0 is magical, because 0 is infinite, it's not positive or negative! New born babies start at 0. Therefore, if we can reach "0" as adults, we can essentially harness the power of life from a brand new fresh perspective, many of us dip into the negatives in certain aspects! Coming from Zero or nothing, gives us an infinite number of possibilities and options to live into! We'll go deeper in the episode!
- Completion of #75Hard!!!!!
- The #75Hard community is absolutely phenomenal!!!!
- Practicing gratitude, what its opened up for me!
- Some peoples "tearing you down" is actually a compliment in disguise.

- Why are some of us chronic Over thinkers and can't seem too manage our thoughts? Is there a psychological reason?

- Overthinking can lead to so much focus on one thought, and that one thought can become our one conclusion and we miss other possible contexts!
- How to deal with Heavy, Negative emotions, How to address them in a healthy way that acknowledges, rather than let them take over or control us?
- These emotions are Healthy and Necessary to feel and Experience, How to feel it all without taking it too far?
- Why is this process often seen as negative, when its just part of being human?

- Don't set out to Succeed when Cheating is already a part of the plan! It won't make a difference in the long run!
- Alkaline Water vs Alkalized Water, there's a big difference.
