Dan talks about how he turned his skepticism into a daily meditation practice, why he chose to title his book 10% Happier, and how meditation can help with weight loss and even mind-blowing sex. But first, Donny is happy to welcome friend and the National Correspondent for Vanity Fair, Emily Jane Fox to cover this week's Brands of the Week. Together they name Elon Musk, Ultra Maga, and The American Dream among many others as this week's "ups" and "downs."
