  • Radiate Love and Kindness to Those Who Need it With This Loving Kindness Meditation

This is a loving kindness meditation. You can use this to radiate love and kindness out to those who need it, as well as developing your self-love.

Daily use of loving kindness meditation increases positive emotions within yourself, specifically: love, joy, contentment, gratitude, and hope, while reducing anxiety, worry and depressive symptoms. It helps to decrease chronic pain, migraines and trauma (PTSD) symptoms, while improving empathy, emotional processing and emotion regulation.

Just 10 minutes of loving kindness meditation has an immediate relaxing effect and slows biological aging.

It also has some social benefits, like increased social connection, empathy, compassion and helpfulness, as well as reduce bias towards others and reduced self-criticism.

So, it is well worth engaging at least once per day in loving kindness meditation at a time that works best for you, or perhaps fall asleep radiating loving kindness and compassion to yourself and others to have positive thoughts and feelings as you fall asleep.

  • Deep Sleep Meditation-Evoked Lucid Dreaming Process

This is a meditation process for evoking a lucid dreaming experience within the listener and encouraging deep sleep to follow this dreaming.

Like all lucid dreaming processes, it is best not to use this if you are currently experiencing stress, anxiety, worry, depression or any other mental health challenge, nightmares or bad dreams, as this process is to encourage you to be more aware within your dreams and so you don't want to use this if there is a chance your dreams may be negative due to these other issues.

The idea with lucid dreaming is that your aim is to become more of an active participant in the dreams, so that you can begin to make decisions within those dreams, rather than just observing or experiencing the dreams, however, this does take practice.

  • The Magical Guardian Of Knowledge (Deep Sleep Story)

This is a bedtime story for grown ups about you heading along a beach where you mount a horse, travel through woodland and along a country road. You rest by the road to eat and read an ancient book. It is a book written in hieroglyphs and ancient text and it is taking you a while to decipher a meaning that makes sense. You follow a ritual in the book, which opens a portal, you travel through that portal, like travelling along a slide, you end up in a land known as the void where you meet an alien who is the guardian of knowledge. They cut a hole through space and time and together you visit ancient Egypt where you discover that there is a large and very deep hole which is worshipped by the people here. Over time the hole gets turned into a secret library where all of the knowledge of the ancients is stored in tall cylinders and advanced knowledge is stored in emerald crystals. A roof is created and over the centuries eventually a Pyramid is built over it to protect it and hide it and a Sphynx is built to guard it. Then over even more time a Pharoah makes the pyramid their tomb and with even more time, eventually memory of the library fades, with just myths and legends of the underworld remaining. After your experience with the alien, they give you a drink which will allow you to transport back to your reality and time, which you do, before settling down, writing about your experience and then drifting peacefully asleep into Slumberland.
