I’ve dealt with creative block more times than I can count, and you know what? Most of the time, it wasn’t real. It was me overthinking, trapped in my own head, paralyzed by fear, or simply not making the time to show up and do the work.
Here are the 3 steps that changed everything for me:
1. Get Out of Your Own Head – Stop overthinking and overanalyzing.
2. Realize It’s Just Fear – Fear is the culprit keeping you stuck, but it doesn’t have to win.
3. Schedule Your Creativity – Treat your creative work like a professional. Sit down, block out distractions, and just start.
If you stick to this for even one week—really commit—you’ll see the block start to disappear. And if you can dedicate 4 solid hours to your craft, the results can show up the same day. Imagine where you’ll be if you make creativity a daily habit: a month, six months, a year, or even a decade from now. Your life will never be the same.
Don’t wait around for inspiration or motivation to magically strike. Discipline yourself to show up, and somehow, creativity will meet you there every time.
Hope this helps—let me know your thoughts!
