Dance Classics by PartyFavorz

This episode is a Throwback Dance Party mix (Summer 2026, Volume 2) built for Fourth of July weekend listening and the dancefloor. Spanning 70s disco, 80s pop, 90s house and 00s club, the set blends classic hooks with modern mashups and reworks to keep familiar songs sounding fresh for today’s audiences.

Highlights include multiple Block & Crown reworks throughout the set, Michael Jackson throwback moments, Babert’s Italo flips and Pump The Jam rework, Duck Sauce’s Barbra Streisand re-edit, Robin S.’s Show Me Love (Muka Club Mix) and a bold DJ GALIN remix of Lady Marmalade. The mix favors versions that preserve the original spirit while adding contemporary production touches, and it nods to the growing role of AI-altered vocals in modern retro reworks.

Note: this volume is announced as one of the final Throwback Dance Party installments; a Best Of Throwback Dance Party collection is planned later in the year as the series’ sendoff.

This Dance Classics mix is Summer Throwback Dance Party 2026 Volume 1 — a two‑hour set built for Fourth of July cookouts, backyard celebrations, and general summer vibes. The episode stitches updated Michael Jackson remixes into a broader parade of 70s disco, 80s dance, 90s house and 00s party anthems to keep energy high and singalongs easy.

Michael Jackson is the centerpiece here with fresh reworks of Beat It, Billie Jean, Rock With You and Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'. Producer-driven club material from Block & Crown, DE SOFFER and Disco Gurls supplies the modern dancefloor glue, while a cheeky Colin Jay flip of Nelly’s Hot In Herre and a Niiko x SWAE-style flip of Black Eyed Peas add familiar hooks in new club-friendly skins. Selections were chosen for momentum and crowd-pleasing moments rather than nostalgia for its own sake.

Treat this as a playlist to lift spirits: grill fired up, friends over, and a steady arc that balances timeless hooks with contemporary remix heat. Volume 2 follows later this week for more throwback club action.

Throwback Dance Party 2025: Fall Volume III is a two‑plus hour blend of 70s disco, 80s dance, 90s house and early‑2000s club grooves rebuilt to maximize momentum. This installment was finished over Thanksgiving with tighter edits and shorter outros so mashups, overlays, and unexpected vocal pairings keep the energy moving from start to finish. Block & Crown and their extended circle drive the mix, often stitching familiar instrumentals to rap or hip‑hop verses for surprising collisions that land on the dancefloor. Highlights include new takes from Block & Crown alongside cuts by Nari, Steve Tosi, Jackers Revenge, Eugenio Fico, and Cheesecake Boys, with nods to funky tribal and Nu Disco textures. If the earlier volumes felt loose, Volume III is a return to form: transitions are sharpened, repetitive endings are trimmed, and the set favors forward motion over extended fades. Fans of late‑90s/early‑00s structure and throwback club edits will find this one built for steady, nostalgic dancefloor flow.

This Fall Throwback Dance Party mix (2025, Volume II) revisits 70s disco, 80s dance, 90s house and 00s dance with two-plus hours of familiar dubs and modern reworks designed for recognition and movement. The set leans on remix-driven callbacks and nu-disco turns to stitch classic hooks into contemporary club textures, delivering singalong moments and peak-time grooves across the set.

Highlights land with repeated nods to Nari & Nabuk’s 2k25 reworks and a strong Block & Crown presence, while Richard Grey supplies tasteful Nu Disco turns and Lissat & Ghostbusterz bring funk-leaning edits that keep the energy loose and danceable. Jackers Revenge and Babes On The Run offer energetic originals and mixes that thread through the mix’s momentum, making familiar songs feel newly urgent without losing their memory-triggering moments.

A quick programming note for regulars: Volume III will be pushed back slightly due to a short hospital stay, but the Fall series will continue the weekend after Thanksgiving and the schedule remains aligned with year-end plans.

This Fall 2025 Throwback Dance Party installment leans into Funky House built from 70s disco, 80s R&B dance grooves, and 90s house — a late-night, groove-forward set meant to stitch deep cuts and under-the-radar club edits into a smooth two-hour ride. Volume I favors 80s-style R&B club textures while keeping the flow steady, so familiar-era fans will find these selections sit comfortably beside the songs they already know.

Highlights include frequent turns from Block & Crown across Nu Disco and Funky mixes, originals from Nari & Nabuk, party-ready cuts by Adri Block, Nu Disco spins from Jackers Revenge, and edits from Steve Tosi and House of Prayers. The mix emphasizes roomy, R&B-tinged transitions and funky bass-forward arrangements rather than peak-time bombast. Volumes 2 and 3 are queued to follow with more of the same vibe; if you like this flavor, check the Funky House Sessions and BackSpin archives for related mixes and classic-era sets.
