"Injuries can come if you do not take care of your environment,  your body, and technique".

What are the most common injuries amongst dancers? What patterns can a physiotherapist see in the dance community? How can festivals take better care of dancers during their events?

These are some of the questions we are going to ask Dr. Courtney Livingston, the Boston-based physiotherapist dedicated to making a change in the dance scene. She is not only focused on dance-related injuries but also has bigger visions of how we as a collective can help each other. Time to tune into this week's fresh episode of Dance Specific TALKS!
