An interview with two managers who have over 40 years' combined experience in non league management....and they've pretty much seen it all. Together they've managed some of Yorkshire's biggest non league clubs including Harrogate Town, Pickering Town, Goole AFC, Bridlington Town and Tadcaster Albion to name just a few.

Having come up against each other many times, and also having shared the same dugout, they are the best of pals these days.

This is a bit of a trip down memory lane and there's also lots for every manager in the part time game particularly to take from their experience. We covered lots of ground including

- how the game has changed

- managing your own son

- great periods of success

- coming up against 2 men now managing in the Premier League

- the legendary Jim Collis

Two brilliant fellas....they've forgotten more than I know about the game
