I was really tired tonight but I couldn't go to sleep without getting this information out there. I discuss Mark's diagnosis with esophageal cancer and some of the warning signs that were missed. I also discuss my own diagnosis and the need for breast cancer screenings at an earlier age and the need for genetic testing. Please listen and share. 

It is liberating to not fear life's unknowns. The reality is that it is all unknown. All we have is now. This moment. Everything else is a mystery. We can't control what happens in our lives but we can use our experiences, both positive and negative for good.
