Daniel K's Let's Plays

Oh boy listeners have I got a very... special??? episode for you!

In it I compare the drink Ovaltine to two other products.

These are the drinks I drunk in this episode:

https://www.milo.com.au/

http://ovaltine.com.au

https://dicksmithfoods.com.au/products/ozechoc/

It turns out I think I was drinking a special Australian recipe of Ovaltine which you rest-of-the-world-ers might not have access too. Sorry.

This episode is officially brought to you by Harry Brimage. You can find him living here:

See you next time listeners.

Pokemon Blue Nuzlocke Challenge 17. (Season -02 episode -45).

Hooo boy . It is way too late right now for me to be writing an episode description, so I think I'm just gonna give it a miss this time.

I should say though that the two tracks which appeared as brief musical interludes early on in the episode, and also maybe even came back as closing credits music were Blue Flowers Revisited and halfsharkalligatorhalfman, both from Dr. Octagon's 1996 album Dr. Octagonecologyst.

See ya next time listeners.

ZORK One 06, Special 'pants' episode. (Season -02 episode -44).

So in this episode I get pretty legitimately spooked by a scary noise listeners.

I also held an informal Daniel K recommends segment in which I recommended playing Pizza Makes Games's game Skullz: https://pizzamakesgames.itch.io/skullz

And I also recommended the youtuber YuB: https://www.youtube.com/user/YuB

Who did a let's play of Skullz:

Under The Pond Bridge (feat. Dusty)

That's right everyone, I've fallen behind with my editing! So you get to listen to some old stuff. You lucky lucky listeners.

This was the pilot episode of an interview series that I made with Dusty from the Party Roll Podcast. The format was Dusty's idea.

Rubik's Snake 01. (Season -02 episode -43).

In this episode I 'let's play' a rubik's snake that my cool mum bought at an op-shop.

This episode is entirely the fault of Cambo the Baker. Abuse him here: https://twitter.com/CamboBaker

The closing credits music for this episode was Suicide Blues by Stringbean. Hey if you like weird tragedies, why not head on over to ol' String's wikipedia page and learn all about where he hid all his money and why he should maybe have hid it less good...

Hey PS:

I usually listen to the whole episode through at least once while editing (to make sure I catch all the mistakes) but for some weird reason i found myself skipping through pretty large chunks of this one and just trusting there weren't any really obvious audio fuckups in it. So if you spot one of those, keep it to yourself huh?

Pokémon Blue Nuzlocke Challenge 16. (Season -02 episode -42).

In this episode we go to a city.

The Daniel K Recommends segment is something a little different. You'll see. I hope you don't hate it.

At any rate I recommended Stan Rogers 1979 album "Between the Breaks ... Live!" which is just excellent. Please check it out.

Red Pig. (Season -02 episode -41).

The closing credits music was Piccolo No Onna Tachi from the Porco Rosso soundtrack.

Gran Turismo Four 01. (Season -02 episode -40).

First episode in a brand new series ladies and gentlemen. Look at that goddamn thumbnail. fuuuuuuck. that's pretty cool looking right? That noisy orange? Yeah pretty cool.

In this new series I will be playing a special Pokemon game called Gran Turismo 4.

ZORK One 05. (Season -02 episode -39).

Finally Dan! Jeez.

The music which appears in this episode is a medley by America's favorite communist Pete Seeger. RIP Pete.

Closing music was by The Drones.
