Let’s look back at the past year, 2021, and chat about some of the things I learned and the stories that lead to these realisations. This is a chill episode so grab your tea, and hang back as we chat about these lessons:
1. There’s more to the world than what you already know. Stay open to the possibilities and the world becomes a never ending adventure.
2. Sometimes self care is an impromptu dance party in your kitchen while waiting for the pasta to boil.
3. Healing isn’t always confronting your deepest fears and sorrows. You also heal by being present and enjoying life.
4. You’re never too old to learn anything: take that dance class (I did!), bake that cake, study that language.
5. Make space for the things you love, even if it’s only 10 minutes everyday, and watch the life return to your eyes.
Bonus: Remember your wilderness. Our ancestors hunted lions and tigers, facing danger head-on is part of our DNA. You can make the tough and handle more danger, risk, and uncertainty than you know.

Practical tips:

1. Please drink water. We know that this seems so simple, but there is so much energy within the water. It is a source of life and yes it benefits you physically, but know that the energy in water is also to allow things to flow through.
2. Journal. It’s another way for things to flow. Celebrate life and get in the flow. When you are in flow, the messages are easier to receive. When you write things down, you organise your thoughts and allow new things to come through. 
3. Meditate. Meditation is a way for you not to identify with your thoughts, but to see them from afar as they are. When you do that, you’re able to see what thoughts are you, what thoughts are actually from other people. And that’s another way for you to flow through life, you let things go. You let what isn’t actually you go. And you allow yourself to truly be yourself.
