It's ALL Martin Zellar and the Gear Daddies on this week's ride as we promote the upcoming Singer/Story Teller Series opening at Minnesota State University soon featuring Martin and the Hardways. PLUS from the vault, Marty and Nick join IN STUDIO from 2013 to tell some bike riding stories with Hank and Dan.

Mini Disc II ! This week we continue to probe the music that influenced BikeRides waaaaay before it was ever a thing on the radio. Included: Obscure tracks from T'Pau, Counting Crows , Poco and early Rod Stewart; the good stuff just after his original band Faces broke up and before disco/pop machine Rod emerged.

Not only were Hank and Dan unable to ride to the studio this week; they were unable to drive! The blizzard turned them back home from the KMSK parking lot with their tales between their legs. Never fear though, as the resourceful duo set up a studio in Dan's living room and recorded the show from there! It's random music this week on the blizzard ride of 2019 Including songs from Nathaniel Rattliff, Ricky Lee Jones and even a seasonal selection from Jim Reeves.

Learn about the BikeRides early days as Hank and Dan listened to music on a portable Sony mini-disc player while riding mountain bikes and dreaming of one day producing a radio show. It's all songs on mini-disc this week as Dan tracks through random sets on an old player that only works when you slap it sometimes. Included: Female leads with Concrete Blonde, Annie Lennox and Blondie.

This week the weather was so bad that the guys had to drive to the studio to record the BikeRides Radio Show! This sudden twist of irony produces the idea for a 'car' show. It's an all car related ride this week including deep tracks from The Iguanas, Nervous Norvus and Rush (come on, you can guess the Rush song!).

It's a bitter, and bitter cold Valentine show this week as Dan rides solo just like he has every Valentines Day since college almost. Songs included from the DB's, Tom Petty and Santana.

Completely edible show! Join the guys as they serve up an hour's worth of food related songs. Featured artists include John Prine, Van Morrison and Tom Waits Eat it up!

Crash through some walls this week as faithful listener Tony joins the ride virtually and Hank texts in a couple requests to complete "The Wall" show this week. A diverse lineup includes Willie Nelson, Colin Hay and of course, Pink Floyd.
