I don't know about you, but when I  pick up a book or favorite author, sometimes I am looking for a protagonist who looks like me-- "Female and Black! Marley Dias, a youth  advocate for change, at the age of 14, started a movement to find as many books as she could where the star character was a black female, just like her!-- Her journey took her on a mission that gained global recognition from social media, newspapers to news shows.
