My writing friend Tai East wrote a beautiful Children's book titled: Abram Says, "God Talks to Me." CHildren are extra sensitive to the HOly Spirit and know or sense far more than adults give them credit for. So how do we begin to dialogue this with our kids? Well, look no further, Tai's book will introduce children to a real relationship with God. Abram says,"God Talks to Me." is a conversation starter for adults to begin talking to kids, and kids to begin to talk to adults regarding spiritual things.

We have an identity crisis in today's world. Many believers do not fully understand what it means to be a Son or Daughter of the King. As I was watching a newly released movie a few weeks ago there was a line a main character kept saying - it was his "catch phrase," if you will, and it caught my attention. "If you sit in the question long enough the answer will come to you." Sure enough, God started to speak to me about this one line from a movie. Yes, God can speak to us through the movies, if we will listen. He challenged me to really take time to sit with Him and go beyond just my quiet time and devotionals, but to press in to receive more.

God wants to speak to us. He wants to download plans, blueprints and build a real relationship with us. But if we never sit with Him, and I mean really sit in the stillness and quiet then how can He impart the deeper revelation? God is inviting you to sit with Him so you can receive more as well.
