Meet Dragon Fly Soul.

Hi my name is Teri Stephens, I am a massage therapist, a single mother of 5 children. I love my work, it’s been very fulfilling to me to get into the massage and energy work and put the two together. What makes me excited about getting up in the morning is helping people. I have transformed my life, and love to give people tools to transform themselves, especially women. Those that have struggled like I have.

My name is Julie, I love getting out of bed in the morning cause I do really cool things. And if they’re not cool, I make them cool. And this work has also transformed my life. I have been at this work for a little over 17 years, it just has a way of grabbing a hold of ya, and says “let’s go and get this done”. And I’m not done yet, but I am doing the “let’s go” part. Helping people is a side note. For me, I realized that I was helping myself, and by doing that, I was able to help others. It started out as a selfish thing, but turned into being something greater.
I have a commitment to create. I had an accident where I was injured by a horse. Someone asked me if it was a challenge and I said “No, it was an amazing adventure. I was able to heal myself and learn so much from it.” We get to create our life. Our life is going to happen, so why not be a conscious creator of it.

I’m sharing this podcast today for two reasons. The podcast itself is an example of, daring to find your voice the choice I made to step in and do a podcast without knowing how was a courageous step but I definitely am finding a voice by doing. Not only that but the message in this interview is powerful and goes right along with my message and I felt like I wanted to share it today.

Today on the podcast I am talk about what has been on my mind lately and some things I have been remembering about the whole, Finding Your VOICE process. About understanding the value of who you are by connecting to your core values and your core motivations, being open to listening to figure out what those are and also being able to figure out what the first step and the next step and all the steps needed to take to get to that next point.

Bonnie Allison a writer, a doula, dance fitness instructor, human mom and chicken mom. Pizza and sunshine give her life, speed limit drivers, hypocrisy and chipped nail polish make her crazy.
