  • Dare to Listen podcast 2026 Re-launch — why I paused, what changed, and what's coming

Dare to Listen (the podcast) is back!

After a sacred pause that began in 2021, I'm relaunching this podcast with new depth, new conversations, and a new layer — Human Design (HD). This go around I expect to offer both audio only (here) and videos - so you can see our faces and visuals to help explain concepts.

Previous conversations explored family constellations, death doula work, sobriety, past lives, ways of connecting with mystical + ancestral spaces, inner child work and more.

In this intro episode, I share the story behind the sacred pause, my Uranus Opposition (an astrological cycle that rearranged everything), the inner call that led me from Chicago to Santa Fe, and why these conversations matter now more than ever. I also talk about experiential learning — why hearing someone else's lived experience can crack something open that no book or lecture quite reaches.

Whether you're steeped in Human Design or brand new here — you're welcome. These conversations are an invitation to listen to what you notice, what stirs, and what you feel drawn to explore.

    • Watch this space — original Dare to Listen episodes are coming back too! • Not every conversation will be HD-focused. The episode title will give you a sense of how deep into Human Design each episode goes.

    So glad you're here. 💕
