Will AI eventually replace therapists and coaches? I think it's inevitable, at least to some extent. And I don't necessarily see that as a bad thing:)
In this episode, I share my thoughts on AI companionship, why people might prefer relationships with AI over humans, and the potential benefits and dangers of using ChatGPT as a therapist. We also talk about emotional dependency, boundaries, and AI's tendency to tell us what we want to hear rather than what we actually need to hear.
Is AI helping us understand ourselves better, or simply making us feel better about ourselves? Let's talk about it.

Why do we avoid the very things that matter to us? Why can we want something deeply, but still freeze, delay, criticize ourselves, or talk ourselves out of taking action?

In today's episode, we will talk about what happens when, despite all the therapy, healing work, reflection, and personal growth, your mother still triggers you.
Why does one comment, one instruction, one familiar tone of voice suddenly make you feel small, angry, defensive, or powerless again? We will explore why old family dynamics can remain so painful, what resentment toward a mother may actually be protecting, and how to stop blaming yourself for having a strong reaction.

Today we are talking about why it can feel so difficult to recognize our own achievements and confidently take up space in the world.
We will talk about how to stop minimizing your strengths, why we often wait for external validation before allowing ourselves to feel proud, and what may really be behind the fear of success. If you notice that you devalue your own progress, hide, postpone becoming visible, or feel afraid of being seen, this episode is for you.

Today's episode is based again on a letter from our listener. She writes about feeling completely exhausted, on edge, and unable to control her emotions anymore. About yelling at her kids, losing her temper, then drowning in guilt and trying to "pull herself together"... only to end up in the same cycle again.
In this episode, we'll talk about what's really going on, where this anger is coming from, and what can help her start to find a way out of this state.
