De laatste jaren zijn er heel veel marktplaatsen bijgekomen voor organisaties waar mensen direct kunnen solliciteren op tijdelijke jobs. Het concept is bedacht om freelancers direct toegang te geven tot organisaties. Maar werkt dit concept?
