Dating After Divorce episodes

  • Finding The Right Relationship Starts Way Before You Find The Right Person

At 40, I was a single mum of two, coming out of the worst relationship of my life. Five years later, I met the man who's now my husband.

What happened in between changed everything.

In this episode, I'm sharing the decisions, uncomfortable realisations and work I did that completely transformed how I approached love. Why I stopped focusing on whether a man would choose me, and started asking whether he was right for the life I wanted.

Because I didn't just find a different man. I became a different woman. And that changed the kind of relationship I was able to recognise, choose and build.

  • It Worked For Kim K and Me. Now It's Your Turn!

Four years before I met my husband, I wrote down exactly what I wanted in a man and a relationship. When I finally showed him what I'd written, he asked, “Did you just write this about me?”

After hearing Kim Kardashian talk about how Lewis Hamilton ticked all 55 boxes on her manifestation list, I knew I had to share my own story.

In this episode, I'm reading from my original 2018 journal and sharing the manifestation exercise I swear by: how I wrote my vision, recorded it, and used it to connect with the feeling of the relationship I wanted.

I'll also share how it changed the way I dated, what happened when I finally met Rob, and exactly how you can try the exercise yourself.

Because if it worked for Kim K and it worked for me, why not you?

  • Why Dating After 40 Requires A Completely Different Approach

Dating after 40, especially after divorce, is a completely different experience from dating in your 20s. So why are we still being given the same dating advice?

When you're bringing two established lives together, attraction and chemistry are only part of the picture. There are children, co-parenting arrangements, careers, homes and the practical realities of building a life with someone new.

In this episode, I share what dating in my 40s taught me about recognising genuine compatibility, why I wasn't afraid to have meaningful conversations early, and how being upfront about what you want can help you find someone who's actually right for you.

I also share the story of discovering Rob's Bumble profile, and why I knew I wanted to get to know him.

Because dating isn't about convincing a man to choose you. It's about finding out whether you're right for each other. And those are completely different things.

  • The Grief I Didn't Know I Was Still Carrying

This is an unplanned, deeply personal bonus episode of Dating After Divorce.

After an embodiment practice in a personal development course I'm doing, I found myself crying over experiences from nearly ten years ago. It brought up feelings I'd never really had the space to express, particularly around pregnancy, motherhood, a difficult relationship and the years that followed.

I'm sharing this because I think it's important to be open about the fact that I'm still doing my own work, too. Finding a loving husband and building a happy life hasn't meant I've stopped learning about myself.

I also talk about something that's been incredibly meaningful to me lately: being part of a group of women who share their experiences with honesty and vulnerability. Sometimes we don't need advice or solutions. We just need to feel heard, understood and a little less alone.

  • I Met the Love of My Life at 45. But My Story Starts at Rock Bottom.

At 40, I was a single mum of two, coming out of the most toxic and destructive relationship of my life. I was at absolute rock bottom, facing years of family court proceedings, and wondering how the hell I'd ended up there.

Five years later, I met Rob on Bumble. He's now my husband and the greatest love of my life.

But those five years in between changed everything.

In this episode, I'm taking you back through my story. From getting divorced at 33 and navigating dating for the first time as an adult, to ending up in a relationship that almost destroyed me, and eventually rebuilding my life, my confidence and my belief that extraordinary love was still possible.

I'm sharing what it took to forgive myself for the choices I'd made, rediscover who I really was, and start approaching love and relationships completely differently.

Because if there's one thing I want you to know, it's that your past doesn't have to determine your future.

It really is possible to go from the worst relationship of your life to the greatest love you've ever known.

But if you want a different experience of love, you have to approach finding it differently.
