    Basically, state is operating fully in the moment where everything just flows. It's where everything feels easy and natural.

    There is a famous book by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience, which talks about this experience and feeling and the science behind it. To learn more about getting into state, read this is book.
