I recorded a meditation for you to get you through times of uncertainty. This meditation is very grounding and reconnects you with you inner self. I used the mantra "When it is loud on the outside, I become still on the inside" to guide you. I feel like the mantra represents exactly what is needed during the current situation we are in. Going within helps so much with raising our vibration, keeping our cells healthy and our emotions more stable. I love how grounded this meditation makes me feel any time I teach it to my students in 1:1 sessions or workshops. I hope you feel the calm and the inner balance too.

Merle and Carina talk about Reiki and Theta Healing. Merle shares with us what those healing techniques are and guides us through the way they work and the effect they can create in our lives. We started the episode with Merle sharing her beautiful and inspiring story with us. Later, we dive deep into healing the subconscious, creating lasting effects and the individual healing journey. The work we do for our individual self by looking within, looking at our emotions, thoughts, feelings and our subconscious can be super tough and is a life long journey but it is also the most rewarding to be on. 

Merle is doing Bodywork, Reiki, Theta Healing, Family Constellations, Trauma Healing & Coaching. She has a beautiful place in Hamburg where she receives clients. On top of that she is also available for online healing sessions and coaching. I can only highly recommend her as she has been a beautiful facilitator on my journey too.
