'Daughters of Reykjavík: The Podcast' is a ten episode podcast series produced and created by the Daughters of Reykjavík, a nine-piece, all female hip hop collective from Reykjavík, Iceland.

In each episode the collective members take on a topic that is inspired by one of the songs from their forth coming album Soft Spot. 

Why do people seek the spotlight? How does the music industry treat women and men differently? How can women in music own their sexuality? These are a few of the questions the girls ask themselves during the course of the series as they try and understand their experiences as women in music better. But they can't figure it out all by themselves! In each episode the girls have a conversation with women from the music industry, such as the British pop-duo IDER and singer/lead guitarist of Of Monsters and Men Nanna Bryndís. Whether a producer, agent or musician, the girls are eager to hear what they have to say.
