Dave and Si do a Podcast

Hey everybody,

Tonight's episode was supposed to be our lively debate on Demons/Demons 2 but my sound issues have come back with a vengeance, this time rendering the episode pretty useless. Really bummed out because it was a great recording that we had lots of fun putting together but even though we're not the most professional of outfits, we couldn't in all good conscience release something that shitty to you.

Luckily we had this bad boy in our archives - A review of Toxic Avenger by Dave, Mrs Dave and our Hollywood pal Matt. Unfortunately no Si in this episode but I figured it'd be better than nothing at all.

This was still a lot of fun to record and hopefully it goes some way to making up for the lost episode 6.

We will do what we can this week to resolve our technical issues and be back with our regularly scheduled programming!

Hey guys, I have just finished editing and am super bummed that my track cuts out huge chunks in places. Ironically, it was down to some amended settings that I Googled to stop my tracks from dropping in places. I assumed the internet would know about computers because, you know, it lives there...

Anyway, I figured there was enough fun in this episode to (hopefully) get you past the shitty sound, so sit back, relax and listen to us cover in great intellectual detail the finer points of Peter Jackson's 90s cult classic. So... That was an ordeal.

Apologies for the delay, for those that have kindly shown an interest in hearing our ramblings, but it turns out that we're much bigger technophobes than we thought...

But, after hardware and software issues, a crash course in editing (thanks, Kelly!) and many, many hours we have finally got the first episode up. Just in time to record the second...

The quality is poor in places but we've already addressed that for future episodes. We were a bit more drunk that we ought to have been and a little nervous for our first podcast.

Right, that's the excuses out of the way - Now enjoy (as best you can) our mildly inebriated take on our favourite Horror and Sci-Fi movies from the 1980s and 1990s.
