Taberon Honie is set to be executed early Thursday morning after being convicted of brutally murdering his ex-girlfriend’s mother, 49-year-old Claudia Benn, in 1998. Honie's legal team had an issue with the cocktail of drugs Utah planned to use in his execution and filed a lawsuit. Daniella Rivera, KSL 5 TV Investigative Reporter, joins the show to break down the drug cocktail in question and the cost difference between what Utah proposed vs. which drug they want to use.

Celeste Maloy is the winner in the Republican Primary race for Congressional District 2.
