Today, the Senate is expected to pass the first meaningful legislation in a decade regulating social media for kids. Called the Kids Online Safety Act, or KOSA, would have social media companies putting new safeguards in place to protect children. What impact would this have on children's use of social media? Debbie and Taylor discuss.
