Tragic discoveries were reported this week after two teens in separate drowning incidents have been found dead. 14-year-old Conner Bowden went missing around 2:30 Sunday afternoon at Hyrum Dam Day Beach in Cache County, his body was found by the Department of public safety dive team Monday. In a separate incident A 17-year-old has been found dead ... after going missing in the water near Hooper Dam. We are learning more details of the deadly implosion of the Titan Submersible with 5 people on board to voyage to the Titanic.. a previous rider of the Submersible explained that he signed a waiver that mentioned death 3 times. OceanGate marketed its vessel as safe. But experts say it used materials that ‘simply didn’t work.
