On Tuesday May 24th, the unthinkable happened at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. A gunman rushed the school killing 19 children and two teachers. 1,300 miles away, in Huntsville, Utah 78-year-old JR Johansen was watching the news and saw the horrific story. JR, a Vietnam vet, is an incredible artist who has now painted over 150 portraits of missionaries who have lost their lives while serving – all free of charge. Coincidently, he has a brother and sister-in-law that live in Texas. They called him to see if he would be willing to paint portraits for all 21 victims. Dan Rascon with KSL 5 TV joins the show to discuss this special.
