Child in critical condition as a truck was submerged in Summit County Reservoir
Tragic story reporting all morning about a truck that rolled under the water at Smith and Morehouse reservoir in summit county. We've been told a family was unloading kayaks when the truck rolled with 3 children inside. Captain Andrew Wright, with the Summit County Sheriff's Office, involved in the investigation calls the show with more information.
