In a new bipartisan proposal to reduce the threat of violence across the country, many senators, including Senator Mitt Romney, have come together with a new proposal on gun legislation. Dave and Debbie explain what this proposal is and what it isn't. One focus that stood out as a part of the proposal is an under 21 enhanced review process that would require an investigative period to review juvenile and mental health records, including checks with state databases and local law enforcement.
