The housing market in Salt Lake City is still on fire. Dave and Debbie ask the question, is it time to just settle on rent? The typical home is now worth $466,768, up 18.3% ($72,181) over last April. That’s the third-highest growth rate among the nation’s 50 largest metros in April, and the highest annual appreciation Salt Lake City has seen since 2007.

Earlier this month a 47-year old woman was found alive somewhere in the woods of Diamond Fork Canyon. The strange thing about this story was that she was there on purpose living off the land. 

She was missing for 5 months, but after a short trip to the hospital and a mental health evaluation, she returned to live in the woods. We wanted to delve into the topic of helping those that don’t want to be helped.
