A Delta flight on its way to Shanghai from Los Angeles reportedly experienced an engine issue--requiring it to head back to LAX. The Boeing 777 dumped fuel to "reach a safe landing weight," Delta said in a statement, but the fuel fell on a school playground there, dousing dozens including children.
